1. Scope and authority
This agreement supplements the terms of use for an approved carrier. The final document must identify the registered operator and the carrier business or individual entrepreneur. Drivers and representatives must be authorised and qualified for their assigned work.
2. Verification and lawful operation
Maintain accurate business, vehicle, driver, permit, insurance, and inspection information as applicable to the work. Notify JetExports of expired, withdrawn, or changed documents and any loss of authority to operate. Do not use another party’s identity or verification records.
Accept only transport you can perform lawfully and safely. Dangerous goods, international operations, special cargo, and regulated activities require their applicable permissions and service approval. Platform access does not replace a licence, insurance policy, roadworthiness check, or driver duty.
3. Capacity and availability
Keep vehicle specifications and operational availability accurate. Existing reservations reduce available payload. Additional bookings must remain within legal weight, volume, cargo compatibility, vehicle, route, and scheduling limits.
Pausing new matches does not cancel an existing booking or stop active delivery tracking. A dedicated booking must be fulfilled according to its reserved capacity and exclusivity terms. Do not substitute a driver, vehicle, or subcontractor without any required verification and agreement.
4. Booking commitments
For matching, accept only the published shipment and price you intend and are eligible to perform. For an auction, submit a genuine bid and confirm if selected. Review the confirmed booking and obtain agreement for material changes before carrying out different work.
Do not report artificial capacity, submit collusive bids, falsify a cancellation, or move a platform-introduced booking outside the service to evade a specifically disclosed and accepted fee. Independent, unrelated transport work is not subject to an undisclosed platform charge.
5. Cargo care and delivery evidence
Perform collection, loading, carriage, unloading, and document duties allocated in the booking and applicable law. Inspect and record relevant visible discrepancies before departure. Protect the cargo and retain the required waybill and transport documentation.
Provide accurate status updates and genuine loading or delivery evidence. Report delay, damage, loss, safety incidents, or inability to complete the booking promptly. Delivery confirmation must reflect the actual handover; never fabricate recipient acknowledgment.
6. Arrival, loading and unloading
Record the stages in order: accepted, arrived at pickup, cargo loaded, arrived at destination, cargo unloaded. Confirm arrival only after reaching the relevant location. Upload a genuine cargo photo at loading and unloading before confirming those stages.
Photograph the relevant cargo and its condition without unnecessarily capturing people, identity documents or unrelated goods. Record visible discrepancies and use Report an issue when needed. Uploading a photograph or marking cargo unloaded does not replace legally required documents, establish a recipient’s signature, or settle a disputed claim.
7. Location and customer information
Maintain the device permissions and connectivity reasonably required for authorised tracking during active work. Background delivery tracking may continue when navigation is open. Follow road-safety requirements and do not operate the app while driving unsafely.
Shippers receive limited shared-journey context, not the private records of your other customers. Use customer contacts, addresses, and instructions only for authorised work and necessary recordkeeping. The privacy policy describes platform processing and device choices.
8. Payment and cancellations
The planned launch service fee is 8.5% for domestic shipments and 10.5% for international shipments. The payer, calculation base, tax treatment, earning point and refund conditions are being finalised. These percentages alone do not authorise a payment or deduction. The complete amount and conditions must be shown to the paying party before acceptance.
Freight is settled with the shipper under the confirmed arrangement. Any carrier platform fee requires a separately disclosed schedule and explicit agreement. Online JetExports fees are not currently activated, and JetExports does not provide a freight-payment or insurance guarantee through this draft.
If you cannot perform the booking, use the cancellation or support process promptly and help resolve the safe custody or transfer of cargo. A cancellation does not remove legal responsibility for cargo already accepted.
9. Review, complaints, and acceptance
Access restrictions must follow the applicable terms and preserve necessary support and ongoing shipment handling. Raise a complaint or request review through support@jetexports.com with the booking and verification references.
This document is a review draft. Its publication as an effective version and the applicable acceptance process are required before it can govern carrier participation.
