1. Scope and operator

This policy covers the JetExports information website and mobile freight service. The registered entity operating JetExports is responsible for the processing described here. Its legal name, VÖEN, registered address, and designated privacy contact must be completed before this draft becomes effective.

Privacy enquiries may currently be directed to support@jetexports.com. This address is a contact channel; it does not establish the identity of the registered operator.

2. Information processed

Provide information you are authorised to share. Avoid including unrelated personal information in cargo photographs or support messages.

  • Account information: name, contact details, user role, authentication identifiers, and account status.
  • Carrier records: business identity, tax and registration details, vehicle specifications, document references, verification results, and relevant expiry dates.
  • Shipment records: collection and delivery details, cargo requirements, prices, bids, booking confirmations, delivery events, and agreement acceptance records.
  • Operational information: vehicle location, location timestamps, availability, route order, messages, support reports, and loading or delivery evidence supplied through the service.
  • Technical information: authentication events, service logs, device notification identifiers, and information necessary to operate and secure the service.

3. Purposes and permission

Information is used to administer accounts, assess carrier eligibility, match freight, record bookings, coordinate delivery, share authorised shipment updates, investigate reports, and maintain service security. Processing must have an applicable basis under Azerbaijani law. Where consent is required, the relevant purpose and required form of consent must be presented separately.

Accepting service terms or enabling an operating-system permission does not automatically constitute every consent required for identity checks or international data transfers. Consent mechanisms and the operator’s regulatory obligations remain subject to legal review before release.

4. Device permissions and sign-in

Email registration uses a verification code entered in the app. Authentication records help confirm account ownership and protect access. Never share a verification code or password with another user or with support.

Location permission supports nearby discovery and authorised shipment tracking. Camera access and the system photo picker support photos you choose to provide for shipment evidence or an issue report. The report picker gives access to selected photos, not your entire photo library. Notification permission supports shipment and account updates. You can change permissions in your device settings; disabling a permission may limit its related feature.

If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, that provider supplies authentication information and the account details you authorise. JetExports does not receive your Apple or Google password. Notification previews may appear on a locked device; preview settings are controlled on your device.

5. Location and shared journeys

With device permission, location helps centre the map and find nearby carriers. Pickup and delivery points selected by search or on the map are saved with the shipment. Carrier location, its timestamp, availability and relevant accuracy information support matching and authorised tracking.

Guests receive an approximate discovery view. Signed-in shippers may receive precise positions of eligible available carriers through the authenticated discovery service before booking. A shipper with an active booking can also see the assigned vehicle’s position and updates relevant to that shipment. Carrier availability and location freshness are separate: “available” does not mean the position was recorded at that instant.

Active delivery tracking can continue while the carrier uses another screen or navigation app. Pausing new matches does not stop tracking for an existing delivery. Ending a shipment stops access through that shipment’s tracking view; a carrier who remains available may still appear in discovery.

Shared-journey views exclude other customers’ names, contact details, cargo and exact stop addresses. Limited route context and vehicle movement may reveal a general area. Route-processing providers may receive precise operational stop coordinates to calculate the route, even when those coordinates are withheld from another customer’s screen.

Changing location permission may interrupt availability or tracking. Updates depend on connectivity and device settings. A displayed location or timestamp is not a guarantee that the vehicle has remained there.

6. Shipment photos and issue reports

Loading and unloading photos record shipment milestones and can be viewed by the authorised shipment parties and administrator. Photos are evidence of what was submitted, not an independent inspection or proof that every item was undamaged.

Issue-report photos are stored separately for the reporting account and authorised administrator. They are not automatically shared with the other shipment party. A counterpart may receive notice that a case was opened. Support may request or disclose relevant material when needed to handle the case lawfully; unrelated personal information should be excluded.

A selected photo is uploaded when you submit the report. If an upload succeeds but submission fails, that file may remain privately stored while you retry. The final retention/deletion procedure must also cover abandoned uploads and report attachments; they are not automatically covered by the loading/delivery photo schedule.

7. Recipients and service providers

Booking parties receive information permitted for their role and the current workflow. Pickup and delivery contact fields are subject to separate access controls; creating or accepting a booking does not by itself guarantee that every contact field is released. Authorised administrators access records needed for verification, support and case review.

Supabase provides account authentication, the application database and private file storage. Apple Maps and Google Maps support mapping on the relevant screens. Google Routes processes coordinates and stop order for route calculations; estimates can be unavailable, and ordinary driving directions are not a truck-clearance assessment.

Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging process device registration tokens and notification data to deliver updates. Opening Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze for navigation passes the chosen destination or navigation details to that provider. JetExports does not currently receive live Waze trip telemetry.

Authentication emails and support correspondence pass through the configured email providers. The authentication website uses Vercel hosting, and Cloudflare provides domain/DNS services. The public information website’s production hosting and the complete provider/processing-location register still need confirmation. Information is disclosed to authorities or professional advisers only for an applicable lawful purpose.

8. International processing

The configured primary Supabase project region is Singapore (ap-southeast-1). This is the database project region, not a promise that every email, map, edge-service, support, backup or subprocessor operation occurs only in Singapore. Service-provider infrastructure can involve additional countries.

The operator must confirm the full processing-location register and applicable cross-border arrangements before release. Any required consent, registration or safeguards must address the actual processing. Accepting this draft or granting a phone permission does not by itself satisfy those requirements.

9. Retention and security

Records should be retained only for their stated operational purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Relevant evidence may need to remain available for an unresolved shipment, complaint, investigation, or legal claim. Such retention should be limited, reviewed, and explained when responding to a deletion request.

The final retention periods for account and verification records, location information, booking records, evidence, messages, logs, and backups are awaiting approval. These periods and the corresponding deletion procedures must be completed before this becomes the final public notice.

The service uses access controls, authenticated operations, private evidence storage, and restricted administrative access. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly and do not send passwords or payment-card security codes to support.

10. Your requests and choices

Contact support@jetexports.com to request information about processing, access or correction of your data, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or account and data deletion. Identify the account and the request; identity verification may be necessary to protect your records.

A request will be considered under applicable law, including any requirement to retain particular records. A refusal or partial restriction should identify the relevant reason. Applicable rights to approach a competent authority or court are preserved. The account and data deletion page explains how to submit a request.

11. Website storage and contact messages

The information website stores a language preference in the browser. When direct inquiry submission is available, the contact form sends the details you submit to the website service for delivery to JetExports support through Resend. These may include your name, email, inquiry type, message and any company, phone or shipment reference you provide. The form does not save these entries in browser local storage.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for automated abuse when the service is configured. This involves browser and network information and a verification token. It is a security service; the website does not include advertising or audience-analytics scripts. Hosting and email providers may process request and delivery information. Their final configuration and retention must be reflected in the published notice.

The privacy, deletion and other email links on these legal pages open a draft in your email application. Review and send it yourself. Opening a draft is not submission; a website inquiry success message confirms acceptance for email delivery, not that a support agent has read or resolved it.

12. Children and account eligibility

JetExports is intended for users with the legal capacity and authority to arrange or perform freight services, and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support@jetexports.com so the information and any appropriate removal can be assessed.

13. Updates

The effective policy will carry a version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. New consent will be requested where required. Continuing to browse the site does not provide consent to new processing purposes.
