1. Service and legal role

JetExports provides freight matching, auctions, booking records, communication, and shipment visibility. The shipper and carrier are responsible for the transport obligations allocated to them in the confirmed booking and applicable law.

The operator’s registered details, regulatory classification, and any necessary licences remain to be finalised. Describing the service as a platform does not exclude duties or liability arising from its actual activities or mandatory law.

2. Account eligibility and authority

Individuals and businesses may use JetExports to arrange shipments on supported routes. You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter the booking. A person acting for a business or another person must be authorised to do so. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.

Carrier participation requires approval and the qualifications, permits, vehicle suitability and insurance applicable to the transport. A verification badge describes checks performed; it does not guarantee every future action or delivery outcome. Service availability depends on the route, cargo and eligible carriers, not only on whether an account can be created.

If you use the service as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections apply. Nothing in these terms removes those rights or requires you to describe a personal shipment as a business transaction.

3. Booking formation

The supported booking methods are matching and auction. In matching, the shipper publishes shipment requirements and a fixed freight price; acceptance by the first eligible carrier confirms the booking. In an auction, eligible carriers bid, the shipper selects a bid, and the selected carrier confirms.

Review the cargo, route, schedule, assigned vehicle, freight price, responsibilities, and any separate platform fee before commitment. A draft request, displayed vehicle, or unconfirmed bid does not itself guarantee a booking. Confirmed details are retained as the booking record; material changes require the applicable change and acceptance process.

4. Freight charges and platform fees

The planned launch service fee is 8.5% for domestic shipments and 10.5% for international shipments. The payer, calculation base, tax treatment, earning point and refund conditions are being finalised. These percentages alone do not authorise a payment or deduction. The complete amount and conditions must be shown to the paying party before acceptance.

The intended payment model separates freight charges payable between shipper and carrier from any JetExports service fee. Each fee payer, amount, currency, tax treatment, charge trigger, and cancellation condition must be shown before acceptance. Cash settlement of freight does not cancel an independently agreed platform fee.

The current pilot does not collect JetExports platform fees. Any freight settlement agreed between the shipper and carrier remains separate. Paid services will require a disclosed fee schedule and applicable acceptance before activation. This draft does not authorise a charge, create escrow, or guarantee freight payment.

5. Acceptable use and transaction integrity

Do not submit false identities, cargo details, capacity, bids, location reports, or delivery evidence. Do not access another user’s records, misuse contact or tracking information, interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful goods or activity.

A party must not falsify a cancellation or completion, collude on bids, or misrepresent a platform-introduced booking to evade a specifically disclosed and accepted fee. This restriction does not prohibit independent business relationships or impose fees on unrelated work.

6. Delivery, cancellation, and support

Carriers remain responsible for safe and lawful operation. Shippers remain responsible for accurate cargo declarations and their allocated collection and delivery duties. Route estimates and location updates depend on external conditions and are not unconditional delivery guarantees.

Use the booking’s cancellation or support process when a service cannot proceed. Preserve relevant evidence and notify the other party promptly. The cancellation policy and role-specific agreements supplement these terms without removing mandatory rights.

7. Maps, notifications and service availability

Maps, distance and arrival estimates are planning aids. Traffic, loading, other booked stops, customs, closures and connectivity can change a journey. Ordinary driving routes do not certify truck height, weight, axle, hazardous-goods or permit restrictions. The carrier must check the lawful route and current conditions.

Check the in-app booking record for the latest status. A missing push notification does not cancel a booking, and an old location timestamp must not be treated as live movement. Report a service problem through support and agree safe operational arrangements if the app is unavailable.

8. Access restrictions and complaints

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for safety, verification, account security, material breach, or unlawful conduct. Restrictions should be proportionate, with reasons and a review channel where lawful and practicable. Urgent action may be necessary before notice.

Contact support@jetexports.com with the booking reference and relevant information to raise a complaint or request review. Ongoing cargo responsibilities, access to support, and necessary records must be addressed when an account is restricted.

9. Responsibility and applicable law

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and conduct under the applicable agreement and law. These drafts do not waive liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove statutory consumer rights, or impose an unlimited indemnity.

Azerbaijani law is the proposed governing framework, subject to applicable mandatory rules, international transport conventions, and jurisdiction requirements. The final legal role, liability provisions, complaint deadlines, and competent dispute forum require approval before these terms become effective.

10. Acceptance and document updates

Effective agreements will be presented with a version and effective date for explicit acceptance where required. Records should identify the authenticated party, document, version, and acceptance time. A website visit or an unchecked review draft does not constitute agreement.

Changes apply prospectively through the required notice and acceptance process. They must not silently replace the terms attached to an existing booking. No document on this draft legal section is currently an activated agreement.
