1. Scope
This agreement supplements the terms of use for individuals and businesses arranging shipments through JetExports. A person booking for someone else must have authority to provide the shipment details and make the relevant commitments. Each confirmed booking records the cargo, route, schedule, price and allocated responsibilities.
The registered operator details remain pending for this draft. Mandatory consumer rights apply to eligible personal bookings, even where a standard shipment form is used for both personal and business freight.
2. Cargo and shipment information
Provide accurate cargo description, weight, dimensions, packaging, collection and delivery addresses, time windows, and vehicle or handling requirements. Declare restrictions and conditions relevant to lawful carriage before a carrier commits.
Do not publish prohibited goods or undeclared dangerous goods. Regulated or special cargo may be booked only where the service supports it and all applicable authorisations and handling conditions are satisfied. You must have authority to arrange the transport and provide any recipient information.
3. Booking approval and changes
In matching, publishing the stated requirements and freight price permits an eligible carrier to confirm by acceptance. In an auction, select the preferred bid and await the selected carrier’s confirmation. Review the confirmed record before collection.
Do not require a carrier to perform materially different work under the original price without the applicable agreement process. Additional stops, cargo changes, waiting time, and handling responsibilities must be documented and accepted where required.
5. Collection, documents, and delivery
Prepare the cargo for the agreed collection window and provide lawful access, suitable packaging, and the documents allocated to you. Required transport documents and waybills remain necessary; an app record does not automatically replace them.
Ensure an authorised recipient can receive the shipment. Record discrepancies and preserve relevant evidence promptly. An app delivery status does not remove rights to raise a legitimate claim under the applicable rules.
6. Shipment progress and reports
The app records acceptance, arrival at pickup, loading, arrival at destination and unloading. Carrier-submitted photos support loading and unloading records. Review any visible discrepancy with the carrier and preserve the relevant transport documents; a green progress marker does not waive a claim.
Use Report an issue from the shipment to provide a description and optional photos to the administrator. A submitted case pauses shipment-status changes in the app while it is reviewed. It does not instruct either party to abandon cargo, stop safely required handling, or disregard a legal deadline.
7. Payments and cancellations
The planned launch service fee is 8.5% for domestic shipments and 10.5% for international shipments. The payer, calculation base, tax treatment, earning point and refund conditions are being finalised. These percentages alone do not authorise a payment or deduction. The complete amount and conditions must be shown to the paying party before acceptance.
Pay the agreed freight charges to the carrier according to the confirmed transport arrangement. Any JetExports fee is separate and requires advance disclosure and acceptance. The online fee mechanism remains inactive pending its approved schedule and payment arrangements.
Use the cancellation and support process for changes or non-performance. Do not falsely report cancellation, loss, or non-delivery to avoid an agreed payment. Applicable refund and statutory dispute rights remain available.
8. Data, complaints, and acceptance
Use carrier contact and location information only for the authorised shipment purpose. Do not track, expose, or misuse personal information outside that purpose. The privacy policy governs JetExports processing.
Submit complaints with the booking reference and relevant records to support@jetexports.com. This review draft is not effective or accepted through viewing; the final document requires the applicable explicit acceptance process.
